We usually reply within a few working days.
Reporting a problem
To help us fix an issue quickly, please include:
- The tool you were using (for example, Merge PDF).
- Your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Windows 11, or Safari on iPhone).
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead, including any error message.
Please do not send us your documents. Our tools process files on your device, and we never need your personal files to investigate a problem. A description is enough.
